Mengatasi pesan errror "device has been disconnected or is unavailable" pada modem huawei

Setelah 3 bulan tidak posting, akhirnya ngeblog lagi. saya minta maaf jika banyak pertanyaan yang tidak dijawab selama ini. Baik, pada postingan kali ini saya ingin berbagi tips mengatasi pesan error pada modem huawei. ini terjadi pada diri saya sendiri, kemaren saya beli Modem Huawei E170. Bentuknya kecil, kecepatannya juga sudah hsupa (download 7,2 mbps upload 2 mbps).

Akhirnya saya instal di komputer seperti prosesi modem sebelumnya. Proses instal berjalan lancar, sayangnya komputer tidak mengenali modem saya. yang ada cuma pesan error "device has been disconnected or is unavailable" berkali-kali. saya coba berkali-kali re-instal tetap tidak bisa, saya restart komputer berkali-kali juga tetap tidak bisa. dimana masalahnya?
Akhirnya setelah melakukan penelusuran di google. saya ketahui banyak juga yang mengalami permasalahan ini. Nah, saya juga temukan bagaimana solusinya dengan eksperimen sendiri juga dari tips dari paman google. yang saya lakukan adalah :
1. Klik kanan my computer - properties - hardware - device manager
2. Klik pilihan Universal serial bus controller
3. Cari USB mass storage kemudian klik kanan - uninstal
4. dalam hitungan detik anda akan melihat komputer akan menginstal sendiri software mobile partner, tunggu sampai selesai. problem anda terpecahkan !
